Traveling by car: When arriving from the north, you can choose different paths. Of course, the most comfortable way to get from Zagreb to Split is the A1 highway. After leaving the highway at Vrgorac, go to Ploce. When You … get to Ploce and the Neretva River valley you can either take the ferry from Ploce to Trpanj, or you can go by car through Neum (BiH) and Ston. When in Ploce, you can decide to shorten the route and take a ferry to Trpanj (follow this link to the official website of Jadrolinija with sailing order), or you can go through Neum (BiH) to Ston and Peljesac.
